Plumbing Industry Commission does not endorse third parties or products

Subject to the paragraph immediately following the Plumbing Industry Commission does not allow, either directly or indirectly, the use of its branding or logo on any products or material (written, printed or otherwise), prepared by a third party.  Nor does the Plumbing Industry Commission endorse or approve any products or material produced by third parties.

The Plumbing Industry Commission does however provide for funding support for sponsorship of events or research projects in circumstances where appropriate contractual agreements or deeds are entered into by the parties.  In such circumstances the Plumbign Industry Commission may, at its sole discretion, permit the use of branding or logos etc and it may endorse or approve relevant material.
