PICAC Training Schedule
The Plumbing Industry Climate Action Centre (PICAC) in Albert Road, Brunswick is an industry-led facility funded by the CEPU, the Master Plumbers, Mechanical Services Association of Australia, the Plumbing Joint Training Fund, the Plumbing Industry Commission and the Building Commission, and proudly supported by the Victorian Government.
Within the walls - a new generation of plumbers will learn innovative skills along side many veterans returning to study through a continuing professional development program - both brought together by the significant issues being faced with a changing and challenging global climate.
PICAC integrates industry training and research with a built environment that is living testimony to a greener, cleaner future. It is a working laboratory for the trialling and testing of plumbing and building technologies, some that have not previously been seen in Australia.

Plumbing Industry Training Awards - Reach for Excellence
In today's fast-paced and constantly changing world, it is vital that Licensed and Registered Plumbing Practitioners keep on top of new technologies, updated regulatory requirements and increasing consumer expectations.
A wide range of information sources and resources, training providers and programs are available to ensure practitioners have ongoing opportunities to undertake training beyond traditional apprenticeship studies.
With the importance of Continuing Professional Development, the Plumbing Industry Commission has created the Plumbing Industry Training Awards. These Awards recognise practitioners whose further training has enhanced their skills and knowledge and, in turn, inspired the plumbing industry itself.
