Guide to Tendering Provisions for Public Construction

The Guide to Ministerial Direction No 1 Tendering Provisions for Public Construction has been revised to supersede both the previous version of the Guide [Issue 1] and the Practice Note to the Direction, The revised Guide became effective on 1 May 2009.  It is incorporated into and should be read in conjunction with Ministerial Direction No 1.
