Purchasing compliance certificates
Compliance certificates can be purchased by licensed plumbing practitioners through any of the following methods:
- Over the counter at any Plumbing Industry Commission offices
- By completing and submitting our mail order form
- By phoning 1300 365 900 and following the automated prompts (you will need your licence number, PIN number and credit card details)
- Over the counter at authorised resellers throughout Victoria (authorised resellers include all major plumbing trade suppliers, some water authorities and industry associations)
A licensed plumbing practitioner may authorise another person to purchase compliance certificates on their behalf.
Compliance certificate fees

| Single compliance certificates | $28.50 each |
| Bulk purchase of 20 or more | $28.50 each plus 5% discount on total* |
| Bulk purchase of 50 or more | $28.50 each plus 10% discount on total* |
Unused compliance certificates should be returned to the Plumbing Industry Commission offices and a refund will be arranged.
* Discount only available when purchasing from Plumbing Industry Commission offices.
