Lodging compliance certificate

If you issue a compliance certificate, you must also lodge the details with the Plumbing Industry Commission within five days of the completion of plumbing work, by calling 1300 365 900 and following the automatic prompts.

You will need to provide:

• Your licence number
• Your PIN number (issued to you with your licence)
• The seven-digit compliance certificate number
• The numeric code(s) of work undertaken (see compliance certificate for codes)
• The postcode where the work was undertaken.
